With over 10 years’ experience as a therapist she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are trauma, parenting, multi-cultural concerns, military life concerns, LGBTQ, and adjustment concerns (new parent, relocation, life changes, etc). I feel life is a journey & not a destination. You are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being. My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating & balanced. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying various approaches & techniques, we’ll explore long-standing patterns & “stinking thinking” that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling & meaningful life.
